“Our historical narratives may vary, but they share trajectories, cusps and consequences. The stories of conquerors and the conquered; the traps set for societies prior to war and the chains wrapped around their necks in the aftermath; the light of faith, live and solidarity, the darkness of lies and deception; the experience of fear and violence, the loss of certainty, the loss of home - all these we share.” - Marwa al-Sabouni

In the era in which we find ourselves, to simply be alive is to curate an existence beyond our realm of comfort and conformity. As we stand at the cusp of looming ends and face the consequences of current wars and violence, some may refer to a ‘new norm’ while others have been living along these edges for years.

With this constant decentralization of reality, value systems and information are we creating new narratives or simply falling back into the ideological and systemic violence and oppression of old. Do our trajectories intersect through the creation of online platforms or have we lost the distinction between real and meta?

As we move towards the edges of our existence, what will we make of the realities and consequences?

Is it all fair in love, war and HypeBeast culture?
